Thank you for visiting and shopping at Fortuna Crystal. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer worldwide shipping with the following estimated delivery time:

Standard International Shipping: 7 - 14 business days
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, unexpected weather conditions, or during peak holiday seasons. The delivery times provided are estimates, not guarantees.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 to 48 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Fortunacrystal Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
5. Damages and Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods, and contact us immediately at hello@fortunacrystal.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to file a claim and arrange a replacement.
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If it is still lost, contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in tracking it down.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.
